To feel that
we care and can be counted on.
-
That we will
do what we say we will do.
-
To be assured

To be
appreciated and satisfied.
All the
things we want when we are the customer..
right?
There is a
"Basic
Formula"
to success
when servicing customers in the industrial and contractor supply and equipment
business. This "Basic
Formula" is something that each associate at
Richards
and each vendor that
Richards buys from must understand, must be committed to and must accomplish
with each and every customer that contacts Richards.
